These service terms accompany your project-specific scope and payment schedule. Read both before accepting. They do not replace an agreement you have already accepted. You can save or print this page using your browser.
Business services
These terms apply to website services supplied by Zarak Marketing Ltd to customers acting for their business. The person accepting must be authorised to agree for that business. They are not intended for personal or household purchases. Contact info@zarakmarketing.com before accepting if this does not describe your purchase.
Your project agreement
Your project scope and payment schedule must identify the deliverables, revisions, total price, VAT treatment, deposit, balance due dates, timetable and responsibilities before you accept. Ask for missing or incorrect details to be corrected before proceeding. The agreed project details and this saved version of the terms form your agreement. A later website update does not change an existing agreement.
Website Care: £50 per month
Website Care is required with new website projects. The first calendar month from the agreed website launch date is included at no charge; £50 per month is payable thereafter. The project payment schedule must confirm the launch date, first charge date, billing dates and any applicable VAT before a charge is taken. No additional tax or other charge may be added without being disclosed and agreed beforehand. There is no minimum fixed term.
What Website Care includes
Hosting, backups, security updates and read-only Growth OS dashboard and ZEUS access. The project scope should specify the supported website platform, backup frequency and retention, recovery arrangements, support contact and any ZEUS usage allowance. These details must be agreed before work starts. Maintenance is provided with reasonable care and skill; it is not a promise of uninterrupted availability or immunity from every security incident.
What is not included
Website changes, additional pages, redesigns and other development are quoted separately and require approval before chargeable work starts. Unlimited edits, content production, social posting, advertising management and advertising spend are not included. Any domain, third-party licence or other additional cost must be identified and agreed before purchase.
Cancelling Website Care
You may cancel by giving 30 days’ notice to info@zarakmarketing.com. Zarak will confirm the end date and final charges. Charges apply only to the service period up to that end date; any prepaid amount for a later period will be returned. Cancelling Care does not itself cancel an outstanding website-build agreement or remove amounts properly due for that work. Hosting and included dashboard/ZEUS access end with Care, so arrange migration before the end date.
Website ownership and handover
After full payment for the website, you may keep and move the website. Zarak will provide the paid-for transferable website files and reasonable handover information. Third-party software, fonts, themes, services and licences remain subject to their own terms; non-transferable components and any separate migration work must be explained before you agree. Growth OS and its underlying software are not transferred with your website.
Delivery, changes and project cancellation
Zarak will use reasonable care and skill and work to the agreed scope and timetable. You must provide agreed materials, permissions, access and feedback. Delays or requested changes affecting scope, cost or timing must be discussed and agreed in writing. Website-build cancellation and any refund calculation must be set out in the project schedule before acceptance; a deposit is not automatically non-refundable merely because it is called a deposit. No new work or extra cost is authorised by a change request alone.
Analytics and ZEUS
Analytics depend on your authorised connections and the data providers make available. Missing data is not a zero result. Client access is read-only: ZEUS does not publish posts, send messages, manage adverts or spend money. AI answers can be inaccurate; check them before making decisions. No particular ranking, traffic, enquiry, revenue or other commercial result is guaranteed. Do not enter passwords, bank/card details or confidential personal records in chat.
Privacy and account security
Use your own authorised business accounts and protect your sign-in details. The Growth OS privacy notice explains data use, providers and rights. Where Zarak processes personal data on your behalf, the required processing arrangements must be agreed before that processing starts. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to info@zarakmarketing.com.
Problems and responsibility
Contact info@zarakmarketing.com with the project reference and a description of the issue so Zarak can investigate and discuss a remedy. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that apply by law. No blanket exclusion of responsibility or automatic liability cap is imposed by this service schedule.
