Request account deletion

What happens next

We will remove your sign-in account, profile and associated personal data, including uploaded photographs and messages, except records we must retain for legal obligations or claims. Necessary invoice, payment and agreement records may be retained for those purposes. We will explain any retained records and confirm completion by email.

This is a permanent deletion request, not a temporary deactivation. Submitting it does not immediately delete your account.

You can submit a request from your account, or email us from your registered email address. Include “Account deletion” in the subject. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
